Wild Hive is seeking a forward-thinking, results-driven Account Supervisor with deep expertise in digital marketing, paid media, content strategy, influencer marketing and social media strategy. What You’ll Do 

As Account Supervisor, you’ll be part of an integrated marketing team with a focus on digital-first marketing strategies for some of the most exciting brands and organizations in the food, agriculture and nutrition space. This role requires not only expertise in digital and paid media, but also the ability to connect digital strategies seamlessly with broader consumer, foodservice, health professional and research-driven campaigns. 

You’ll collaborate daily with a cross-functional team of specialists in consumer marketing, foodservice marketing, health professional marketing, nutrition research strategy, health & wellness communications and media relations. Your superpower is integration, making sure every touchpoint connects, amplifies and contributes to a unified strategy that delivers results. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Integrated Digital & Paid Media Strategy 

  • Support the development of and implement digital-first strategies that connect with larger integrated campaigns across multiple audiences. 
  • Build and manage paid media campaigns across search, display, social, programmatic and emerging platforms. 
  • Use analytics to optimize campaigns in real-time and deliver actionable insights to clients and the team. 

Content Strategy & Development 

  • Develop content strategies that align with client goals and integrate seamlessly across channels from digital to PR to professional communications. 
  • Collaborate in the creation of compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, video and paid placements. 
  • Ensure messaging is consistent, credible and supportive of nutrition and agriculture storytelling, where applicable. 

Social Media Strategy & Execution 

  • Develop social media campaigns that don’t just stand alone but enhance broader marketing and communications programs. 
  • Manage organic and paid social, including content calendars, creative development and community engagement. 
  • Track, analyze and report results to inform future integration and optimization. 

Influencer Marketing 

  • Identify and manage influencer relationships that extend campaign impact across consumer, foodservice and nutrition audiences. 
  • Oversee influencer campaign execution and measurement. 
  • Ensure influencer efforts are strategically tied to larger program goals. 

Client & Account Leadership 

  • Contribute to multiple accounts ensuring integrated programs are on-strategy, on-time and on-budget. 
  • Actively collaborate with internal and external experts to deliver seamless campaigns. 
  • Contribute to new business through strategic thinking, proposals and presentations.

You thrive in collaboration, are as comfortable leading as you are contributing as part of a larger team and can see both the big picture and the details that make it work. 

Qualifications: 

  • Ability to lead client relationships with confidence, collaboration and empathy.
  • 5-10+ years of agency experience in digital marketing, paid media, social media or integrated marketing. 
  • Proven success in building digital strategies that integrate with larger communications campaigns. 
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and performance tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and sharp problem-solving ability. 
  • Passion for food, nutrition and agriculture—or a strong desire to immerse yourself in these categories. 
  • Experience with food brands, commodity boards or health/nutrition-related clients preferred.
