As Controller, Lea Ann oversees Wild Hive’s accounting functions, and ensures the processes run smoothly for everyone. Lea Ann is thrilled to collaborate with the team as she gains knowledge in another new and exciting industry. She enjoys contributing to the ongoing health of the organization while partnering with principal leaders to plan and prepare for Wild Hive and its respective clients’ continued success.
In 2015, Lea Ann joined a successful investment group and partnered with the firm’s acquisition team to purchase and then improve the earnings of multiple restaurant chains. She gained invaluable experience in the due diligence process and proved to be a critical resource during the lifecycle of each project.
Lea Ann began her career in the construction industry and managed financials for multiple locations nationwide. As is often necessary in smaller business models, she contributed significantly in areas outside of finance (operations, human resources, and business development).
Lea Ann earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Corporate Accounting from Arizona State University.
