Amber Gray
DirectorAmber Gray is a creative, strategic digital marketer with a proven track record for generating and building relationships, strategic marketing planning, brand awareness and project management. She has spent her career in food and agriculture, working alongside brands, commodity boards, grocery retailers and non-profit organizations specializing in social media marketing, content strategy, storytelling and creative writing.
As Director, Amber plays a pivotal role in shaping client relationships and driving successful program implementation at Wild Hive. She bridges big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution, ensuring client goals translate into measurable outcomes. Highly organized and detail-oriented, Amber is a trusted leader in project management, keeping complex initiatives on track. Her passion for agriculture and food fuels her ability to craft compelling narratives that bring client stories to life and resonate with audiences and stakeholders alike.
Prior to joining Wild Hive, Amber served as digital marketing manager at Healthy Family Project, overseeing all digital marketing efforts for the company, including social media, website, content development, recipe development and photography, and email marketing. Over her 10-year tenure, she partnered with more than 50 fresh produce and grocery retail brands to create cause marketing campaigns that increased produce consumption, boosted sales and gave back to local communities.
Amber was selected for the International Fresh Produce Association’s highly competitive Leadership Program as part of Class 29 in 2024. In 2020, Amber was awarded the Forty Under 40 award from Produce Business. Her team has also won several Marketing Excellence Awards from Produce Business and an award for the Best International Initiative for Marketing Fresh Produce for Children from the Fresh Produce Consortium.
Amber also spent five years serving on the board of directors for the American Marketing Association’s Orlando chapter, including a term as the chapter’s president, and served as communications chair at the Agriculture Communicators of Florida for five years. Amber received a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.
