Amanda Ford is a creative and science-driven communicator with proven experience in the food and agriculture industry. As an account supervisor at Wild Hive, she drives innovative and impactful programs and projects for clients that engage key audiences around the connection between food, nutrition and health.
Before joining Wild Hive, Amanda worked on behalf of dairy farmers across an eight-state region as part of the Dairy MAX Health and Wellness and School Marketing teams. She oversaw project planning, assisted with content development, and built relationships with health care providers and school leaders to tell the story of dairy. In addition, she spent five years working for Oklahoma Cooperative Extension planning and presenting community nutrition workshops to a variety of audiences. She is passionate about farmers and their commitment to a safe and sustainable food supply.
Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Central Oklahoma. In 2016 she was awarded the Oklahoma Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year by the Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
